Folia ternata, demum patentia, aggregata, plerumque 3.7 x 0.5-0.75 mm, interdum prope flores breviora, linearia, apice acuto, supra plana, subtus convexa et sulcata, marginibus glandulis globosis vel elongatis saepe caducis praeditis; petiolus 1-1.5 mm longus. Flores in glomerulos parvos terminales dispositi; pedicelli c. 1.5-2.5 mm longi, pubescentes; bractea in medio pedicello vel supra, linearis, c.1.5 mm longa, bracteolis plerumque absentibus. Calyx fere ad basin divisus; lobi c. 1 x 0.75-1mm, rhomboidei, marginibus ciliatis. Corolla c. 2 x 1.5 mm, cyathiformis, obscure rubra, mox brunnescens, glabra; lobi c. 0.75 x 1 mm, deltoidei, erecti vel leviter recurvi. Stamina 8; filamenta c. 0.5 mm longa, filiformia, recta vel leviter flexa; antherae inclusae, c. 1 mm longae, basi rotundata mutica, poro dimidium thecae aequante. Ovarium c. 0.5 mm longum, glabrum; stylus 1 mm vix excedens; stigma peltatum, c. 0.75 mm diam., capsula matura bene exsertum.
