Characteristics

Suffrutex ad 40 cm vel ultra altus, parce ramosus, ramis erecto-patentibus, glabris. Folia ternata erecto-patentia, lanceolata, marginibus involutis, coriacea, vulgo 8-9 mm longa, 2-3 mm lata, glabra. Flores rubelli(?); pedicelli 8-9 mm longi, minute puberuli, bracteis 3, lanceolatis, subaequalibus, 1.7 mm longis, 0.8 mm latis, una inferiori, duabus superioribus valde distantibus, oppositis; sepala membranacea, suberecta sed vix adpressa, lanceolata, 4.2 mm longa, 1.5 mm lata; corolla tubulosa, 6.5-7 mm lobis triangularibus, subacutis; filamenta complanata, 5 mm longa; antherae demum exsertae, ad basin divisae, 2.2-2.4 mm longae, evidenter caudatae (ad 0.5 mm longe); stylus 7.5 mm longus, stigmate paullo incrassato; capsula pubescens.
