Phyllaries moderately to densely villous (hairs mostly 1–2 mm), sometimes sparsely minutely glandular. Rays: laminae (5–)6–8. Disc corollas 2.5–3.5 mm. Cypselae 1.7–2.2 mm; pappi of 16–26 bristles 2.5–3.5 mm.
