Characteristics

Very similar indeed to the previous species (Eriosema glomeratum) but indumentum of dense adpressed mostly ferruginous hairs.. Leaflets oblong to lanceolate, (3–)3·5–12 cm. long, (0·3–)0·8–2·5 cm. wide, acute; petiole 2–6 mm. long; rhachis 1–4 mm. long; petiolules 2–4 mm. long; stipules 2–3 mm. wide.. Peduncles 0·6–1·7(–4) cm. long; bracts ovate, 1·3 mm. wide.. Corolla greenish-white to pale yellow; standard oblong, 0·6–1 cm. long, 3 mm. wide.. Pods 1·2 cm. long.. Seeds with longest dimension 3·5 mm., shorter dimension 2·1 mm.
