Bisexual, erect, glabrous shrub, 0.5-2.0 m high, with slender, gradually woody stem and branches. Leaves 50-120 x 3-16 mm, spreading or ascending, elliptic to oblanceolate. Cyathia in lax repeatedly branched panicles, 2-3 mm in diam.; glands 5, entire. Flowering time Aug.-May. Capsule 3-4 mm in diam., obtusely 3-angled, glabrous, exserted for 4-5 mm.
