Receptacle-tube 4–11 mm. long, lobes 5–14 × 1–2 mm., lanceolate, acute, ± acuminate. Petals 2·5–4 × 1·3–3 cm., pale yellow to orange-yellow, obovate, rounded, apiculate. Anther-thecae conspicuously hairy, hairs long, fine, flexuous.
