Young leaves and branches densely whitish-greyish-brownish pubescent with distinctly stellate hairs, becoming glabrate with age. Ray-florets: tube 1-1.5 mm long; lamina narrowly oblong-linear-oblanceolate, 7-13 mm long, (1.5-)2-3.5 mm wide. Disc-florets: corolla 3.5-5 mm long; tube 1.2-1.8 mm long; limb (narrowly) campanulate, 2.5-3.2 mm long. FLOWERING PERIOD: Sept.-Jan. and March-May.
