Complex pedigree including Pandora, Marmolada, Kent, and Providence; crossed 1997; selected 1998; tested as EM1103; introd. 2007; EU PVR applied for. Tree: vigorous; moderate yield; flowers above foliage; moderate runner production; resistant to powdery mildew (Podosphaera aphanis formerly Sphaerotheca macularis) and phytophthora crown rot (Phytophthora cactorum); moderately susceptible to verticillium wilt (Verticillium dahliae). Fruit: medium red skin; large; conical; uniform; firm; good flavor; ripens June-July, 10 d after Elsanta.
