Honeoye × Gea; cross made in 1988; selected in 1989; tested as EM 426; introd. in 1995; Market rights held by NSA Plants Ltd., East Malling. Tree: high yield; moderately vigorous; erect habit; good fruit exposure; flowers susceptible to frost damage; adapted to protected culture. Resistant to powdery mildew; susceptible to Verticillium wilt. Fruit: medium size; moderately firm with good skin strength; deep red color; regular conic shape; ripens 5 days earlier than Honeoye; sharp flavor.
