Origin: in Geneva, N.Y., by Donald K. Ourecky, New York State Agr. Expt. Sta. Introd. in 1979. Vibrant × Holiday. Cross made in 1970; selected in 1972; tested as N.Y. 1409. Tree: Fruit: large, conic; skin bright red, glossy; flesh average firmness; ripens early midseason. Plant; very vigorous, upright, very productive; good runner production.
