The final patent number is 891780 (Italy), 24 Dec. 1969, assigned to Zanzi Nursery, Ferlala, Italy. Open-pollinated seedling of Paymaster. Selected in 1969. Tree: moderately vigorous, hardy; productive; long, upstanding runners, making capping difficult. Fruit: size medium; oblate, regular; skin shiny red, seeds raised, flesh firm, bright red, juicy, subacid; recommended for fresh market; ripens about 5 days before Gorella.
