Characteristics

A tree. It can grow up to 30 m tall. The trunk is 20 cm across. The bark is grey and rough. The leaves are opposite and spaced along the branches. The leaves are 35-40 cm long by 14-17 cm wide. The flowers occur singly at the ends of the branches. The fruit are 5.5-9 cm long by 5-6.5 cm wide. There are 100 seeds in a bright red coating.
