Leaf 100–160 mm long; free part 11–13 mm long, ending just below flowers. Spike 15–35 mm long, 10–60-flowered. Flowers crowded, nodding, 3.5 × 3 mm, reddish with green tips. Dorsal sepal 3 × 2.2 mm; margins glabrous; apex blunt. Lateral sepals obliquely deflexed, divergent, 4 × 1.4 mm, base humped; apex with small, white gland. Petals ovate, 2.2 × 1.2 mm; margins glabrous; apex with white gland. Labellum stiffly hinged, obovate, 2.2 × 1.2 mm, dark red, thick, fleshy; margins finely toothed. Callus extending nearly to labellum apex.
