Characteristics

Leaf 180–300 mm long; free part 14–20 mm long, ending well below flowers. Spike 30–60 mm long, 5–20-flowered. Flowers well-spaced, glabrous, porrect, 4–4.5 mm long, remaining closed or scarcely opening, green to greenish yellow with reddish markings, occasionally wholly reddish. Dorsal sepal c. 3.5 × 2.3 mm; margins glabrous; apex sharply pointed. Lateral sepals c. 5 × 2 mm, humped at base. Petals c. 2.6 × 1 mm; margins glabrous; apex with a small white gland. Labellum stiffly hinged, obovate, c. 3 × 1.5 mm, dark red, sharply reflexed at right angles near middle; margins with short teeth. Callus oblong, notched, not extending to labellum apex.
