Characteristics

Leaf 100–180 mm long; free part 8–15 mm long, ending well below flowers. Spike 15–30 mm long, 12–25-flowered. Flowers crowded, nodding, 5 × 4 mm, greenish with dark purple labellum. Dorsal sepal 3 × 2.5 mm; margins with short gland-tipped hairs; apex sharply pointed. Lateral sepals obliquely erect, divergent, 5 × 1.2 mm; base slightly humped. Petals 2.5 × 1.2 mm, widely spreading; margins with short gland-tipped hairs; apex sharply pointed. Labellum stiffly hinged, broadly ovate, 2.5 × 1.6 mm, thick and fleshy, margins with numerous short, gland-tipped hairs. Callus oblong, blunt, extending just over halfway to labellum apex.
