Characteristics

Leaf 100–200 mm long; free part 10–20 mm long, ending below first flower. Spike 20–40 mm long, 5–21-flowered. Flowers moderately well-spaced, 4–5 × 4 mm, green with reddish purple lines; labellum and labellum hairs reddish. Dorsal sepal c. 4 × 1.6 mm, with red glabrous margins and three red stripes. Lateral sepals divergent, 3.5–4 × 0.8 mm, base slightly humped. Petals 2.5–3 × 1.2 mm, with red glabrous margins and red central stripe; apex with long-point. Labellum stiffly hinged, obovate, c. 2.2 × 1.2 mm, thin-textured, purplish red, base paler, margins darker with short, spreading, red-purple hairs. Callus purple, extending nearly to labellum apex.
