Leaves with median primary lobe of blade shallow or deeply cut, but not to base of leaf; blade up to 35 mm in diameter, digitately (3-)5-lobed, each lobe deeply pinnatifid, these segments oblong, 2 mm broad, upper surface with coarse hairs, lower surface with coarse spreading hairs; petioles long, the uppermost much exceeding the blade in length. Flowers: inflorescence 1-or 2-flowered; peduncles opposite, pedicels up to 20 mm long, hairy; petals 7.0-8.5 x 3-4 mm, margins serrate, pale pink. Nov.-Apr.
