Characteristics

Vine. Leaves with petiole 6–15 mm long; lamina succulent, ovate to broadly lanceolate, 3–10 cm long, 1.5–3 cm wide, cuneate to rounded at base, acute, glabrous; venation obscurely subparallel, not distinctly 3-veined at base; colleters 3. Inflorescence umbelliform. Flowers c. 6 mm long, 7–8 mm diam.; pedicels unequal, 2–3 cm long. Corolla campanulate-rotate, fleshy, with dense silver hairs on upper surface, pale pink; lobes c. 4 mm long, 4 mm wide, strongly reflexed. Staminal corona lobes c. 3 mm long, 1 mm wide, extended into subulate points over style-head, 2-keeled at base, pale pink. Pollinia with pellucid margins. Follicles not seen.
