Characteristics

Annual or biennial herb to 90 cm, erect, sparingly branched; stems glabrous. Basal leaves rosulate, pinnatisect to lyrate; cauline leaves sparse, reducing to linear, entire; leaves with sessile branched hairs. Inflorescence an elongated raceme. Sepals 2–2.5 mm long. Petals 3.5–4.5 mm long, white. Style 0.2–0.7 mm long. Siliqua 9–22 mm long, 0.9–1.5 mm wide; valves convex; pedicels half-spreading, 7–10 mm long. Seeds oblong-ovoid, 1–1.5 mm long, not winged.
