Characteristics

Humilis glabra, rami nunc conferti, priniarii ad 5 mm diam., nunc elongati repentes, internodiis 2-3.5 cm longis, ramulis floriferis saepe 4-foliatis, internodiis invisis; folia supra plana, carinata, lateribus convexis, lat. visa supra medium gradatim leviterque angustata, acuta apiculata levia, punctis translucentibus sat crebris, glauce viridia, in ramulis sterilibus ad 5 cm longa vel ultra in cultis, in floriferis 2-3 cm longa, saepius ad 4 mm lata diametroque; receptaculum turbinatum, 5 mm longum, ad 7 mm diam.; sepala 5, acuminata, exteriora 2 carinata, 9 mm longa, interiora late marginata, 4.5-5 mm longa, basi 3-4 mm lata; petala 4-5-seriata, saepius acuta vel acuminata, inferne haud angustata, nivea vel apicem versus pallide roseo suffusa, 6-9 mm longa, 0.5-1 mm lata; staminodia diu adpressa, acuminata, conspicue pellucide glandulosa, pallidissime rosea, ad 6.5 mm longa; filamenta conice conferta, alba, ad 6 mm longa, interiora parum supra basin parce papillata; discus crenulatus, saturate viridis; ovarii lobi approximati obtusi compressi, per 1.5 mm elevati; stigmata 6-8, subulata, prope basin leviter falcata, basi angustata, ad 4 mm longa; capsula supra fere plana, lobis marginibus tantum compressis elevatisque, 9 mm, expansa ad 1.5 cm, diam., carina media valvarum subnulla, tuberculo nullo.
