Perennial shrub to 60 cm high; stems sparsely papillose. Leaves narrowly linear to subterete, up to 5 cm long, succulent, clustered. Inflorescence a short raceme. Sepals 4–6 mm long. Petals linear, 7–9 mm long, less than 1 mm wide, acute, white to yellow. Stamens 6. Style 3–4 mm long, exserted. Silicula dehiscent, elliptic to ovate, 7–9 mm long, 4–5 mm wide; wing approximately one-eighth length of fruit, somewhat acute, forming open notch; gynophore present, c. 1 mm long; pedicels 6–9 mm long, spreading. Seeds 3–3.5 mm long, 2–2.3 mm wide; radicle incumbent.
