Petiole 2–4 mm. long, somewhat membranous-winged towards the base.. Inflorescences leaf-opposed, laxly branched, 15–35-flowered, on peduncles 3.6–6.6 cm. long.. Pedicels 2–6 mm. long.. Bracts and bracteoles small, linear-lanceolate, acuminate, membranously margined.. Flowers greenish-white.. Sepals 5, herbaceous, green with white membranous margins, ovate, 5–6 mm. long, with a prominent often recurved acumen.. Staminodes 0.. Stamens 5, free, filaments broadly dilated below.. Ovary obscurely 2-lobed, glabrous..
