Characteristics

Dwarf shrub with annual shoots, 0.10-0.35 m high; stems decumbent, trailing. Leaves ovate, obovate-cuneate to almost round, flat, up to 16 mm long. Inflorescences in terminal and axillary clusters, densely 15-50-flowered. Flowers with pedicels ± 2.5 mm long, small. Perianth segments 5, broadly ovate, membranous, white with green keel. Stamens (5)7; filaments broadened and fimbriate below. Flowering time Nov.-May. Mericarps finely rugose to net-like and pitted, base without auricles.
