Characteristics

Growth 9-14 lines high and 7-10 lines broad, obconic, elliptic in outline, with a transverse fissure 2-3 lines deep across the flat, wrinkled top, of a pale opaque greyish-opaline colour, marked with slightly depressed branching wrinkles that are somewhat semipellucid, and at the margins of the fissure with ochraceous-brown lines or dots. Corolla 12-14 lines in diameter; petals numerous, 1 line broad, lanceolate (they are probably cuneately linear), obtuse, white.
