Woody vine; latex white. Roots fibrous. Indumentum yellow. Leaves with petiole 10–20 mm long; lamina lanceolate, to 15 cm long, to 4 cm wide, cuneate at base, acute, with sparse to dense trichomes below, not triveined at base; venation prominent below; colleters 2–4. Inflorescences umbelliform. Flowers 2.5–3 mm long, 3–6 mm diam.; pedicels 2.5–4 mm long. Corolla shallowly campanulate, cream; tube 1.5–2 mm long, 2–2.5 mm diam.; lobes lanceolate-ovate, 1.5–2.5 mm long, 1–1.5 mm wide, with basal, scattered trichomes internally. Corolline corona comprising 5 ridges, each terminating in an apical lobe arching over staminal column. Staminal corona comprising 5 rounded lobes shorter than staminal column, adnate at base, entire; lobes c. 0.5 mm long, c. 0.2 mm wide. Anther appendages triangular. Style-head conical-globose. Pollinia oblong, 0.17–0.27 mm long. Follicles not seen.
