Characteristics

Herbaceous vine; latex white. Roots tuberous. Indumentum colourless. Leaves with petiole 0.3–1.3 mm long; lamina linear, to 9.5 cm long, to 0.3 cm wide, cuneate at base, acute, glabrous below, not triveined at base; venation obscure below; colleters 2. Inflorescences umbelliform. Flowers c. 6 mm long, 2–2.3 mm diam.; pedicels 3–4 mm long. Corolla salverform-urceolate, pale green; tube 4–4.5 mm long, 2–2.3 mm diam.; lobes ± orbicular to ovate, 1.3–1.4 mm long, 1.3–1.4 mm wide, internally glabrous. Corolline corona of 5 ridges, not terminating in apical lobes. Staminal corona of 5 narrowly ovate lobes shorter than staminal column, entire, adnate at base; lobes c. 1.5 mm long, c. 0.8 mm wide. Anther appendages lanceolate. Style-head conical-elongate. Pollinia subglobose, c. 0.2 mm long. Follicles not seen.
