Characteristics

Prostrate herb; stems to 60 cm long, glabrous. Basal leaves obovate, entire to remotely lobed or dentate, petiolate; cauline leaves reducing. Sepals 1.8–2.3 mm long, usually persistent. Petals 2.5–3 mm long, white or cream. Style less than 0.5 mm long. Silicula oblong to obovate, 8–10 mm long, 2–3 mm wide, markedly flattened, sometimes twisted; valves densely papillose; septum reduced to a very narrow rim; pedicels erect to spreading, 4 mm long. Seeds oblong to ovoid.
