Characteristics

Erect herb 5–30 cm tall, hairy with simple, spreading hairs. Basal leaves oblancolate, entire to sinuate or coarsely dentate, attenuate into petiole; cauline leaves few and reduced. Sepals 1.7–2.6 mm long. Petals 2.3–3.8 mm long, bright yellow. Style 0.5–0.8 mm long. Silicula subglobose or ellipsoidal, 3–5.5 mm long, 2–3 mm wide, sometimes slightly compressed; septum a narrow rim to absent; pedicels erect to spreading, 5–12 mm long. Seeds subglobose or oblong, 0.4–0.5 mm long.
