Caulis abbreviatus, ramos elongatos prostratos, in genere gracillimos (1-2 mm diam.) emittens, internodiis 1-2.3 cm longis; folia vix carnosa, saepe fere erecta, ovato-lanceolata vel lanceolata, acuminata, nervis lateralibus ad marginem proxime positis, sordide viridia, inconspicue papillata, ad 1.5 cm longa, 5-7 mm lata, vagina 1-2 mm longa; flores solitarii vel terminales 3-nati, diurni, 2.2 cm diam.; bracteae positae ad basin receptaculi clavato-turbinati, apice 7 mm diam.; sepala 4, exteriora fere orbicularia, basi subauriculata, abrupte acuminata, ad 1 cm longa, interiora multo angustiora, caudato-acuminata membranaceo-marginata, 7-8 mm longa; petala acuta vel obtusa, pallidissime straminea, ad 1.4 cm longa, basi per 2-3 mm coalita, in genere inter latissima ad 1 mm lata; stamina fertilia ad 7 mm longa; foveae nectariferae profundae; ovarium supra valde elevatum, acute 4-angulare; stigmata 4, linearia obtusa, 2 mm longa.
