Characteristics

Much-branched shrublet to 70 cm, with subglobose, tuberous roots. Leaves spreading, slender, trigonous, recurved at tips, finely papillate, 10-15 mm long. Flowers in terminal cymes, reddish yellow ±8 mm diam. Fruits 5-locular, without closing bodies.
