Characteristics

An epiphytic plant.. Stem short, up to 10 mm. long, 2–3 mm. in diameter.. Roots many, mostly twisted and usually with many branches, terete, smooth, up to 50 cm. long, 0.5–1.5 mm. in diameter.. Scale-leaves acuminate to rostrate, 5-nerved, 3–5 mm. long.. Inflorescences descending, spreading, up to 150 mm. long, up to 15 simultaneously, each with up to 15 flowers; peduncle 10 mm. long; rhachis straight to indistinctly flexuose, stiff, terete; bracts sheathing, acute to subacuminate, up to 2.5 mm. long.. Flowers up to 11 mm. long, whitish, sepals tinged in orange-brown around base, lip tinged green around spur-mouth; pedicel curved and twisted, up to 2.3 mm. long; ovary curved and twisted, 1.3–2 mm. long.. Dorsal sepal hooded, oblong to elliptic, acuminate, keeled apically, 3.1–5.3 mm. long, 1.1–2 mm. wide; lateral sepals asymmetric, narrowly ovate to obovate, convex, acute, apiculate, 4–6.6 mm. long, 1.3–2.3 mm. wide.. Petals slighdy asymmetric, narrowly ovate, acute, subapiculate, 2.2–6.1 mm. long, 0.8–1.6 mm. wide..
