Lip obscurely 3-lobed, 6.5–8.1 × 2.2–4 mm; side lobes thick, erect; mid-lobe ovate, acute, erose at apex, concave, bent down ± at right angles; spur 6.2–8 mm long, straight or curved, wide-mouthed, the apex acute.
Roots to 70 cm long, 1.5–4 mm in diameter, grey-green, very verrucose, fairly loosely attached to the substrate.
Flowers to 12 mm long, including pedicel and ovary, glistening white, the tip of the spur brownish-orange.
