Characteristics

Leaf thread-like, 100–250 × 3 mm, green or reddish. Flower stem 200–350 mm tall, thin, 15–50-flowered. Flowers porrect, 4 × 3 mm, green with red or maroon markings. Perianth segments incurved, thick-textured. Dorsal sepal deeply concave, 1.3 × 1.5 mm, obliquely erect to porrect, partially hooding column and petals. Lateral sepals oblong-obovate, 1.3 × 0.6 mm, blunt, clasping sides of labellum. Petals oblong, 1.3 × 0.5 mm, blunt, incurved, upper margins partially enclosed by labellum. Labellum obliquely decurved, strongly cupped, obovate when flattened, 1.7 × 1.5 mm, fleshy, papillate, margins incurved. Callus an obscure plate.
