Flowers 1–3 per axil, shortly pedicellate.. Calyx narrowly obconic, hispid and glandular, 3.5–5 mm. long; lobes 1.5–2 mm. long.. Corolla white, pink or white and mauve, tubular-funnel shaped, 7–7.5 mm. long with small round lobes.. Anther-thecae unequal.. Fruiting calyx 5–6.5 mm., the lobes 2.5–3 mm. Fruit 2 mm. long.. Fig. 1.
