Plants small, erect. Leaves curved, fleshy, 4–6 per growth, 15–25 × 5–8 mm, light green to reddish, blunt. Racemes arching or pendulous, 30–60 mm long; base with numerous whorled bracts. Flowers c. 1.7 × 1 mm, orange to orange-brown. Sepals and petals spreading widely. Sepals strongly reflexed, c. 0.6 × 0.5 mm. Petals c. 0.9 × 0.5 mm, margins irregularly toothed. Labellum c. 1 × 0.6 mm, obscurely 3-lobed; lateral lobes erect; apex of midlobe and lateral lobes entire or toothed.
