Plants small and slender, up to 20 cm.. Bulb up to 2 cm. in diameter.. Leaves filiform, up to 17 cm. long.. Scape up to 10 cm.. Inflorescence with 2-12 white flowers; pedicels 2-35 mm.; bracts lanceolate, 2-6 mm. long.. Perianth-segments obovate, 4-7 mm., with few scattered vascular bundles.. Filaments narrowly triangular, 2-3 mm.. Ovary globose to subglobose, with a short, delicate carpophore; ovary 1.75 mm. long; carpophore 0.25 mm.; style ± as long as the ovary.. Capsule 3-4 mm. long.. Seeds 1.5-2 mm. long.
