Leaflets: medial ones obovate-cuneate; lateral ones shorter and very unequal sided, glabrescent, recurved mucronate; prominently nigro-punctate in dried specimens. Stipules small and ciliate. Flowers with pedicels axillary, usually 3 together, white and purple. Calyx subglabrous. Flowering time Oct., Nov.
