Characteristics

Stem 200 mm tall, erect, slender, branched at the tip, pubescent. Leaves erectly spreading; petiole 1.5-4.0 mm long; blade 100-120 x 3.5-4.0 mm, narrowly linear, margins revolute, pubescent above, pubescent along the midrib otherwise glabrous below. Inflorescence a solitary terminal umbel or 2 with the second at the uppermost node, 7-14-flowered, pedunculate; peduncles 15-35 mm long, pubescent. Bracts 4-6 mm long, narrowly linear, acuminate, glabrous above, pubescent below. Pedicels 15-25 mm long, pubescent. Sepals 7 mm long, linear, acute to acuminate, glabrous above, pubescent below. Corolla 13-17 mm long, globose-campanulate, lobed for less than 1/2 the length of the corolla, `greenish-white to light brown', glabrous above, pubescent below; lobes 5-6 x 7 mm, broadly ovate, apex obtuse. Corona lobes 5-7 x 2.5 mm, spreading horizontally, elliptic-oblong, obtuse with two erect subdeltoid wing-like keels at the base, keels 1.5-2.0 mm long and 1.2 mm high at the base. Anther wings 1.5 mm long, vertical with straight outer edges; appendages 1.0 mm long, linear-oblong, obtuse, erect, pressed against the sides of and not exceeding the style apex. Style apex extending 2.5 mm beyond the anther appendages into a beak-like apex divided at the tip into 5 contiguous lobes.
