Calyx spreading, not reaching the corolla sinuses, with minute glandular cilia on the margins, otherwise glabrous, lobes all leaf–like at the tip; the 3 equal lobes triangular, 0·4–0·6 mm. long, fused for about y their length; the 4th lobe little longer.
Branchlets very fine, densely pubescent with simple hairs up to 0·15 mm. long, occasionally glandular, without infrafoliar ridges.
Ovary 4–locular, glabrous; style stout, 0·3–0·5 mm. long, equalling the corolla, the terminal disc 0·6–0·7 mm. in diameter.
Corolla urceolate, pink, glabrous, 1·0–1·2 mm. long, 1·0–1·6 mm. wide, lobes obtuse, sinuses shallow, obtuse.
Pedicels 1·0–1·3 mm. long, normally glabrous, occasionally with a very few hairs.
Flowers small for the genus, in clusters of 3–6 at the tips of the branchlets.
Stamens 8, anthers free, not quite equalling the corolla.
