Petals adnate to dorsal sepal, c. 7 mm long, with an anterior lobe near the base; posterior lobe c. 6.3 × 2 mm, anterior lobe 0.3–2 × 0.2 mm.
Leaves up to 8, 2–2.5 × 0.5 mm, lanceolate, usually evenly spread along the stem but occasionally forming a tuft at the base.
Dorsal sepal erect, 6.5–7 × c. 5.5 mm, ovate, convex; lateral sepals 6.3–8.7 × 2.5 mm, obliquely lanceolate.
Rostellum 2–3 mm long; mid-lobe 1.3–2 mm, side lobes c. 1.5 mm.
Terrestrial herb 30–50 cm tall; tubers c. 10 × 8 mm, ovoid.
Inflorescence short, closely 1–6-flowered.
Anther c. 4 mm tall; canals 2.5 mm long.
Ovary and pedicel c. 15 mm long.
Stigmatic arms 2–2.5 mm long.
Flowers orange, erect.
Bracts 10–15 mm long.
