Posterior sepal 1.2 mm. long; wing sepals 1.8–2.2 x 0.6–0.9 mm., elliptic to broadly elliptic; anterior sepals 1 mm. long, free.
Seeds 0.8 x 0.5 mm., ellipsoid, with a few minute white hairs and no caruncle.
Annual herb up to 40 cm. tall with slender, wiry or filiform, glabrous stems.
Upper petals 0.6 mm. long; carina 1 x 0.8 mm., crest 0.5 mm. long.
Leaves 5–12 x 0.5–1 mm., linear, with needle-like tips.
Capsule 1 x 0.8 mm.
