Rosette stalk 20–6 long; leaves 3–6, 15–50 x 4–8mm. Flower stem 200–30 tall; stem leaves 5–7, 30–65 x 3–6mm, tip often brownish. Flowers 1–7, 14–18 x 4–6mm, dark green with darker green stripes, shiny. Dorsal sepal tip green to brown. Lateral sepals narrower than galea, 11–13 x 6–8mm, margins curved, tips green to brown. Petals without basal flanges, 12–14 x 3–3.5mm, outer margin nearly straight. Labellum 6–7 x 3mm, oblong, margins concave, brownish with large dark basal mound and brown to black central stripe; surface cells mostly bead-like, few hair-like cells at base.
