Characteristics

Rosette leaves 5–7, elliptic to oblong, 20–60 x 15–23mm, green, margins entire or crinkled. Flower stem 150–30  tall, smooth, wiry. Flower erect, 25–32 x 20–25mm, white with green lines, apex reddish-brown. Dorsal sepal of similar length to petals, apex sharply pointed, horizontal or slightly erect. Lateral sepals loosely embracing galea and separated from petals by wide side gap. Sinus bulging in side view, broadly and shallowly notched in front view. Free points tapered, 15–2  long, erect or recurved. Petals shortly pointed. Labellum curved near middle, protruding prominently from sinus when set, 20–23 x 4–5mm, thick, fleshy, dark reddish-brown, blunt, margins scabrous.
