Characteristics

Flowering plants 150–28  tall. Flower stem smooth, thin. Basal leaves stalked, 6–10 in loose cluster, 8–30 x 5–16mm, bright green, margins strongly wavy to crinkled; stem leaves sessile, 5–7, similar shape to basal leaves. Flower solitary, 15–22 x 5.5–6.5mm, translucent white with bright green stripes and markings. Dorsal sepal tapered, longer than petals. Sinus curved in side view, flat in front view with dark green central notch. Free points filiform, 13–1  long. Petals flared. Labellum hidden, curved forwards at apex, 5.3–6 x 2.5mm, elliptic, green and white, margins glabrous.

Locally common in tall high rainfall forests, including karri forests, tuart forests, mixed tuart/peppermint forest, wetter jarrah forests in sandy soils and brown loams, less commonly around granite outcrops.
