Characteristics

Leaves 5–6 in loose basal rosette or scattered up stem, 25–70 x 10–25mm, dark green, fleshy, margins entire. Flower stem 50–20  tall, smooth, stout. Flower erect, 28–35 x 12–15mm, green, white and reddish-brown. Dorsal sepal of similar length to petals, sharply pointed. Lateral sepals loosely embracing galea and separated from petals by wide side gap, scabrous. Sinus flat in side view, deeply notched in front view, strongly scabrous. Free points 15–1  long, exceeding the hood. Petals narrow, pointed, scabrous. Labellum elliptic, curved forwards near apex, hidden within flower, 12–14 x 3–3.5mm, dark brown, blunt.
