Rosette leaves 3–6, ovate, 6–20 × 7–13 mm, bluish green, margins entire or crinkled. Flower stem 80–200 mm tall, scabrous, with 4–6 stem leaves to 50 × 5 mm. Flower erect, 22–26 × 10–12 mm, green and white or pale brown and white, boldly striped. Dorsal sepal shortly pointed. Sinus flat to curved in side view, broadly notched in front view, scabrous. Free points filiform, 30–35 mm long, widely divergent, tips curved forwards. Labellum sharply curved, protruding prominently from sinus when set, 20–25 × 4 mm, abruptly constricted and narrow in upper half.
Widespread and common in inland areas and near the coast around Kalbarri and south-eastern parts of W.A.; found growing among shrubs in forests, woodland and shrubland in freely draining sand, gravel and laterite; also in shallow soil on granite outcrops.
