Rosette leaves 3–5, ovate, 7–21 x 6–14mm, dull green, margins entire. Flower stem 100–20 tall, with 3–5 spreading stem leaves to 25 x 5mm. Flower erect to slightly nodding, 19–22 x 6–8mm, translucent white and pale green with red-brown petals. Dorsal sepal tip filiform, 4– long. Sinus shallowly bulging in side view, notched in front view. Free points filiform, 14–1 long, erect. Labellum sharply curved or kinked near middle, protruding prominently when set, 11–13 x 3–4mm, tapered to apex.
Highly localised, growing among grass or by itself on steep stony slopes in tall open forest, or near streams in freely draining shallow clay loams and stony soil.
