Characteristics

Rosette leaves 6–12, narrowly elliptical, 5–35 x 4–12mm. Flower stem 50–20  tall, 1–  across, 1–4-flowered. Sterile bracts 2–4. Flowers porrect to semi-nodding, hood translucent white with green stripes and markings, lateral sepals mainly green with few white markings. Dorsal sepal point filamentous, 8–1  long, decurved. Lateral sepals often recurved back towards ovary, about as wide as hood, shallowly concave, 7–11 x 7–9mm, sparsely hairy; free points filamentous, deflexed or curved forwards, 10–1  long, parallel. Petals with poorly-developed basal flanges, not touching, 8–11 x 3–4mm. Labellum narrowly spathulate, 4–5 x 2–2.5mm, green, broadly grooved, strongly constricted near base; marginal bristles 6–12, to   long; basal lobe small, separated by narrow neck, with sparse short hairs.
