Plants terrestrial, slender, up to 0.35 m high. Leaves 2-4, elliptic-oblong, acuminate, up to 70 x 20 mm. Inflorescence lax, up to 70 mm long, 2-6-flowered. Flowers greenish yellow, 30 x 15 mm. Sepals: median sepal elliptic-acute, concave, 6-10 x 4 mm, adnate to petals; lateral sepals spreading, acute, 8-11 x 4 mm. Petals erose, 8 mm long. Lip oblong-lacerate, 5 mm long, appendage 5 mm long. Flowering time Nov.
