Compactum, cum floribus 3 cm altum; rami primarii ad 4 mm diam.; ramuli floriferi graciles, 4-6-foliati, internodiis invisis; folia diu erecta, supra visa spathulata plana, apicem versus tantum minute tuberculata, margine partis dilatatae crenulate 4-5-denticulato, lat. visa superne dilatata ad 4 mm diam., dimidio superiore semigloboso omninoque crebre tuberculato, inferne levia, trans apicem obscure carinata, olivaceo viridia, fera ad 1 cm longa, vagina 2 mm, ad 7 mm lata; flores vespertini, a 5 ad 8 horas expansi; pedunculi culti 5 mm longi; receptaculum subturbinatum, superne asperum, 4 mm longum, ad 5 mm diam.; sepala 5, obtusa, minute tuberculata, 4.5-5 mm longa, basi 2-3.5 mm lata, 2 exteriora superne compressa, fere ad 2 mm diam., inconspicue carinata, 3 interiora anguste marginata; petala 3-seriata, breviora pauca, haud vel saepius inferne leviter angustata, apicem versus angustata, obtusa vel subacuta, laete lutea, 5-6.5 mm, vel demum ad 7.5 mm, longa, ad 1.25 mm lata; staminodia nulla; filamenta subconice conferta, inferne, vel intima parum supra basin, papillata, pallida, superne cum antheris pollineque laete lutea, 3-4 mm longa; glandulae contiguae, intus concavae, medio altissimae; ovarium valde concavum, medio vero inconspicue lobatum, lobis dorso complanatis, saturation viridibus; stigmata 5, gracilia, superne angustata, 5 mm longa.
